Activities 4 Kids runs multi activity holiday camps and swim sessions in Sussex. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and when you book a camp place, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
When you make an enquiry through our Contact page, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address and message.
When you book a camp place, this is handled through our booking system, iPals, not directly through this website. iPals collects the information needed to run camp safely: parent/guardian contact details, your child's name and date of birth, emergency contacts, and relevant medical, dietary or additional needs information (including allergies), so that our staff can look after your child properly. Please see iPals' own privacy information during the booking process for full detail on how they process this data.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, run and administer camp bookings, keep your child safe while in our care (including managing allergies, medical needs and emergency contacts), and meet our safeguarding and Ofsted obligations. We do not use your information for anything beyond running Activities 4 Kids.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We share what's necessary with iPals (our booking and payment platform) to process bookings, and with Wet Wet Wet Swim School so that swim sessions can be run safely, since swimming is included as part of camp. We only share what each party needs to do their job.
We keep booking and safeguarding related information for as long as is necessary to meet our legal, safeguarding and insurance obligations, and no longer than that.
This website currently uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function, we don't use analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our safeguarding and legal record keeping obligations. Get in touch using the details below and we'll help.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at info@activities4kids.co.uk or 01273 256354.
